Q: I bought the wrong sizing, can I do an exchange?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any exchange/returns due to hygiene reasons, regardless of whether you've opened it! This is to ensure all our lovely customers get new and clean masks.

A: All goods sold are deemed to be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
